Takeru Kobayashi Sets Grilled Cheese Record at SXSW 2012
While he’s most famous for scarfing down hot dogs, Japanese eating champion Takeru Kobayashi has also competed with meatballs, pasta, turkey, hamburgers, cow brains, rice balls, chicken wings, Twinkies, and more! Yesterday, the 33-year-old, 128lbs. Kobayashi set a new world record for gobbling grilled cheese sandwiches — 13 in one minute!
