     Smile For A Cure Raises Money For Canine Cancer Cancer isn’t just a disease that affects the humans in our lives but it also touches our pooches.  One in four dogs is diagnosed with cancer and 50% of them will die from the disease.  Sadly, the cost of treatment can be astronomical, leaving some families no choice but to put Fido down. Then, there are owners who spare no expense only to lose Fido anyway.  No matter how you look at it, the disease is a dreaded diagnosis.
